As someone who eats brunch as often as I do (too often, blasphemy) I don't usually have too much trouble deciding what to order. The Rabbit Hole however provided us with all the usual favourites, you can't go wrong with avocado on toast, and some more interesting options, feeling somewhat adventurous on this brunch I decided to live a little and order something a bit different.
As much as we love potato (carbs forever) it doesn't seem to feature in our brunch choices very often. Behold The Rabbit Hole's potato hash cakes, served with bacon, grilled tomato, feta and herb sour cream. The generous sized potato hash cakes were crumbed and fried and delicious! With a large serving of bacon this brunch was a winner.

We've heard about the Rabbit Hole's "build your own brunch" before and the concept is really what brunch dreams are made of.
The "build your own brunch" comes with eggs your way on toast with your choice of three sides (hash browns, grilled tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, bacon, sausages, avocado, haloumi, salmon, corn fritter or savoury mince).
The (very) hungry guest brunch plightee chose to have hash browns, bacon and avocado, adding an extra side of mushrooms with hollandaise sauce atop the eggs (poached of course). The only criticism to this breakfast was that all the sides are served as individual dishes, making assembly and eating a little difficult. Aside from that the Rabbit Hole's "build your own breakfast" was a delicious and filling brunch option.
