Shouk is a firm breakfast favourite for us two gals. Everything is presented immaculately and we're slowly working our way through every dish on the menu. Shouk recently opened for dinner too so we're super keen to chow down on some spectacular dinner time treaties after they re-open from remodeling.

Latke Stack - Polish potato pancake stack with smoked salmon, two poached eggs, cremè fraîche, dill and pickled red onion.

Amazing. These 63 degree eggs were oozy and bloody delicious (coming from someone who, dare I say it, doesn't really like eggs). And the potato pancakes were superb, especially washed down with an ace double shot latte.
