On the 25th of September 2014, bestfriends Maddie and Lucy decided to turn their brunch outings into a blog that could be beneficial to others. The Brunch Plight Blog originated on instagram with the girls collecting a twelve thousand followers to date. They have even featured in Dolly Magazine in the Dolly Star Blogger section. Recently Maddie and Lucy brought their love of baking into the world of The Brunch Plight. Many of their own recipes for cakes and other baked goods will feature on this site, along with brunch that they've reviewed and brunch spots with recommendations.
