The Bagel Boys

Yes! Bagels! The day has come where you can buy the boys' bagel from their own permanent store in Adelaide Street. There are so many flavours to choose from and were jam packed. Definitely good value for money!

Schmear and salad - cream cheese, aioli, tomato and avo on a poppyseed bagel.

BRAT - bacon, avo, tomato, aioli and rocket on a plain bagel. For this one we thought we'd start with the good old plain bagel.

As someone who generally hates going to the city I've got to admit that this place was worth the trip to have a geeze at this place. The build your own concept is great and the set options are hard to choose between. If I worked during the day this would be a great place to grab something from! We bought blueberry, onion, garlic, sunflower and rye, and sesame to try at home.
