Carte Blanche is a cute cafe tucked away in the suburban streets of Camp Hill. We were looking for somewhere we could have a speedy 1:30pm brunch before an arvo shopping trip so Carte Blanche served our needs perfectly.

We were certainly impressed with Carte Blanche's milkshake menu! They offer malted milkshakes in almost every flavour imaginable. We opted for the Turkish Delight and the Espresso. Delicious! Thanks Carte Blanche!

Simply smashing 2.0 special featured two slices of sourdough with cherry tomatoes and of course a generous serving of smashed avo. Added two fried eggs on the side. Carte Blanche only gives the option of fried or scrambled, no poachies here.

BRAT has two slices of toasted sourdough with bacon, rocket, smashed avo and tomato. We've spent many conversations on the topic of whether a BLT fits on a breakfast menu. It has bacon? It has avo? But essentially it's a sandwich.
Carte Blanche defied our BLT stereotypes with an open style BRAT, certainly a good breakfast option and a winner in our books. We also rated Carte Blanche's for its pretty milkshakes and cheap prices. This meal was $11.50.
