Dip Cafe

We can imagine Byron's breakfast scene really flourishes in the conventional breakfast time, but what we were craving today was a late breakfast for lunch. Behold Dip. This cafe stepped in when others had closed. Staff were ace and even devised a cocktail for us. Hey, we're on holidays!

Gluten free corn fritters with roasted tomatoes, rocket and aioli, with your choice of a 1/2 or a 1/4 of an avocado plus one or two rashers of bacon.

Corn fritters with the lot was just what we needed after a buffet breakfast, somehow we managed.

Dip's breakfast BLT- thick cut toast with bacon, avocado, roasted tomatoes, rocket and aioli; topped with a soft poached egg.

Open style BLT was nice! Aioli is a winner with anything and we were given a generous serve. Cheers for the half a packet of bacon, I'm sure it will do wonders for my already bikini-ready body ;)
